Detailed Itinerary

The tour begins at the Hippodrome of Constantinople, where you will meet your guide. From there, you will explore the exterior of Hagia Sophia, admiring its impressive four minarets and its majestic dome over 30 meters in diameter. During this part, the guide will tell you all the details about its architecture, history, and transformations over the centuries.

After approximately one hour outside, you will access the interior of the monument without having to wait in the ticket lines. It is important to note that, due to local regulations, the interior visit is self-guided with an English audio guide, without a live guide inside. Within, you can appreciate the grand main hall, its mosaics, and discover how this place has transitioned from a Greek Orthodox church to a mosque and then to a museum, before becoming a mosque again in 2020.

The activity concludes outside Hagia Sophia, where you will have the opportunity to resolve any questions with the guide before saying goodbye.
